Aims & Objectives:
This article discusses the Children's commissioner’s findings that the governments of England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Wales have failed because of the increase in juvenile delinquency, injustices in the asylum system, and poverty.
Abstract:
The article presents the author's views on the Great Britain's written agreement with the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child in 1991. He says that the country should carry out its promise in upholding the rights of children. The author stated that the children's commissioners found out that the governments of England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Wales have failed because of the increase in juvenile delinquency, injustices in the asylum system, and poverty.
