  The article discusses an increasing awareness among people regarding children's rights which are considered as the building blocks of the society undergoing a remodelling process

  Abstract:

  The article presents information on increasing awareness among people regarding children's rights which are considered as the building blocks of the society undergoing a remodeling process. It is stated that children's rights are increasingly taken care of in the war-hit nations such as Northern Ireland, which is following the path of peace. However, the United Nations' Universal Declaration on Human Rights guaranteed that every child has the right to education and that political or social factors such as war, should not hinder the upbringing of a child. After 30 years of fight between Protestant and Catholic communities in Northern Ireland, the nation has succeeded to focus on the children's rights.
