  The article discusses the ruling of the Northern Ireland High Court of Justice in a case about an appeal against an order made by a Master of the High Court refusing leave to the father of a children

  Abstract:

  The article discusses the ruling of the Northern Ireland High Court of Justice in a case about an appeal against an order made by a Master of the High Court refusing leave to the father of children for the disclosure of documents to and examination of the children by an expert. The court held that the judge placed emphasis on the determination not to have the timetable of the Trust application derailed. The case shows judicial sympathy and understanding for the role of Trust social workers.
