Abstract:
Information about several topics discussed at a conference on Youth Justice and Children's Right: Measuring Compliance with International Standard help at the University College Cork in Ireland in April 2008 is presented. Topics include the age of criminal responsibility, the use of and conditions in detention, and ethnic minorities in youth justice and young people's understanding and involvement in the criminal justice system.
