Abstract:
The article discusses the "Understanding Youth Homelessness: Key Findings From the First Phase of a Longitudinal Cohort Study," which was published by the Irish Office of the Minister for Children. It says that homelessness among youth constitute a significant number in the overall estimates of homeless population in Dublin. According to the study, most of the homeless youth came from poor neighborhoods who have endured hardship caused by poverty, household instability and difficult life events.
