Abstract:

Dysembryoplastic neuroepithelial tumours (DNETs) were incorporated into the new World Health Organization classification of brain tumours as part of the group of glioneuronal tumours in 1993. Large series of patients with DNETs and pharmaco-resistant epilepsy have been reported.
